MADE TO ORDER

All jewelry is made to order so please allow me UP TO FOUR WEEKS (before shipping) to create your order. Keep in mind that I am making these pieces especially for you. If you have a special request, don't hestitate to contact me and ask -- I might just be able to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.

SHIPPING

United States (Domestic) Shipping:

Your order will be shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation to the address listed in PayPal. If you'd like a different delivery method or insurance, please let me know, and I'll adjust the shipping price for you.

International Shipping:

For most orders, I ship USPS First Class Mail International (no delivery confirmation) to your PayPal address. If you'd like a different delivery method or insurance, please tell me and I'll adjust the shipping cost for you. Any duties, taxes, or border fees are your responsibility.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Please keep in mind that I don't do perfect. All hand stamping is done by hand and is an organic process. Letters may not line up exactly, and that is part of the charm of my designs. Of course, if I made a mistake, I will certainly correct it.

If you are concerned about anything at all, please let me know right away. Your satisfaction is very important to me.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected the same day as the item is purchased. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, the transaction will be canceled.

All orders shipped to Missouri will be charged 8.425% sales tax checkout.

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is Your Site Secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I Have to Have a PayPal Account to Buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account. You will check out as a guest.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to me. I do not share your personal information, snail-mail address, or email address with anyone. And because payments are processed by PayPal, I never see your credit card number or bank information. I only see that you have paid.
