How Long Does it Take to Receive my Order?
All jewelry is made to order. Please allow TWO WEEKS (before transit time) for me to create your items. Keep in mind that I am making these pieces especially for you. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Will the Letters be Perfectly Straight?
I just don't do perfect. All hand stamping is done by hand and is an organic process. Letters may not line up exactly, and that is part of the charm of my designs. For more about my process, read: What is Hand Stamping?
Do You Stamp on the Back?
Unless specifically listed as an option on the item, I do not hand stamp on the reverse side of the metal.

USA: $5.00 via USPS First Class Mail
Canada:* $10.00 via USPS First Class International Mail

Do you Charge Sales Tax?
Orders shipping to Missouri will be charged sales tax.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
I accept PayPal, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa.
(When using PayPal eChecks, items will not be made until the eCheck has cleared.)
What is Your Return Policy?
I stand behind my products 100%. However, I reserve the right to grant exchanges and refunds solely at my discretion. After a period of 30 days (from date the item was received), no exchanges or refunds will be considered. On personalized items, all sales are final. If Crow Steals Fire made a mistake, we will correct as soon as possible. If the error was not our mistake, and you are simply dissatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep. We reserve the right to judge our own quality. We do our absolute best to send out the highest quality jewelry.
